The training programmes are based on the needs of the teachers and schools we cooperate with. For this reason we overrate all colleagues, school administrators   to share with us  their opinions and expectations in the field. To this end, based on the requests communicated to us, during the summer term we intend to organize the training programmes we have accomplished  in Istanbul in various other cities.

Classroom Management Program – Providing opportunity for teachers to understand their own leadership skills; evaluating different theories in classroom management; helping teachers to decide the best classroom management style for themselves; redefining the concept for discipline.

Inquiry Based Learning- for teachers who would like to prepare their students not for an upper grade level, but want to raise them to become the competent individuals of  the 21st century (this is a school-based long term program).
